Objectives of Alumni Almamater Advancement Association (4A), Pantnagar Alumni Almamater Advancement Association (4A) of GBPUA&T is dedicated to engage and inspire Alumni to stay connected with their Almamater; support its vision and mission to nurture its inherent values and traditions for achieving symbiotic success.

Alumni Almamater Advancement Association (4A) is a collective body of its Alumni which serves as a Reservoir of information, knowledge, skills and experiences to take Indian agriculture forward and promote inclusive growth.

1. The main objective of the Association is to strive for the betterment of the G.B. Pant University of Agriculture & Technology, as an institution for education, public service, and social progress.
2. To forge and foster enduring partnership for promoting science and society.
3. To provide voice for 4A Pantnagar regarding programming activities and projects at the GBPUA&T Pantnagar.
4. To inculcate the social, moral, ethical, values among the students & Society.
5. To enhance the interface between industry & University to create a knowledge platform for the benefit of each & every stakeholder.
6. To motivate & inspire donors towards resource generations for support to quality education, research, extension and infrastructure development for the welfare of University & its affairs.
7. To provide scholarships for the deserving, & deprived students at the University.
8. To promote unity and maintain communications among various chapters of GBPUA&T Alumni worldwide.
9. To develop core research.
10. To include other related activities not covered under above stated objectives as and when necessary.

1. ‘Prof. Gajendra Singh All Round Best Student Award’ for 4th Year College of Technology.   Last Date Extended till 15 October 2024

3. ‘4A Asha Kiran Scholarship’ for 2nd year Students.


4. ‘Dr. R.C. Chibber Award’ for 3rd year Students of College of Agriculture.


5. ‘Pantnagar eConnections Scholarship’ for IIIrd year for College of Agriculture, Fisheries and IVth year for College of Veterinary.


6. 1972 Agriculture Batch Scholarship’ for 2nd year undergraduate students of the College of Agriculture.


7. ‘Dr. Deep C. Kaushal Memorial Award’ Outstanding student under the “Economically Weaker Section Category” for securing the 2nd highest marks in M.Sc. Molecular Biology or publishing the Best in a peer-reviewed journal or submitting the best Ph.D. Thesis.
